I exercised 4 days in a row this week. By Friday I was exhausted. I believe I will try M, Th-weights and T, F-jogging this week with a rest day on W to break it up.
I don't really know stuff about bodies and how they work. This is just my experience with myself and what I'm learning. I appreciate your coming along on my little journey, but if you decide to try stuff based on this blog, well, that's on you. Peace.
