Excited to be using the big bar on upper body. I'm glad to switch to 5 lb increases instead of 10 each time. I wouldn't have kept up with that much longer.
I don't really know stuff about bodies and how they work. This is just my experience with myself and what I'm learning. I appreciate your coming along on my little journey, but if you decide to try stuff based on this blog, well, that's on you. Peace.
