I weighed myself Friday. The scale said 163. I started out at 156. No worries, I thought. Probably just poop. I'll make good choices over the weekend & probably be down in a couple days woot do woo. Monday? 165.
I don't really know stuff about bodies and how they work. This is just my experience with myself and what I'm learning. I appreciate your coming along on my little journey, but if you decide to try stuff based on this blog, well, that's on you. Peace.
