Worked today. Stopped at the station gym to do Stonglifts 5x5. Not sure if it was workout A or B, but I just go back & forth with the two.

CD: stretch
I usually do my press with dumbbells but some guy was all beasting out by the 15 s, so I went with a bar. It's already feeling heavy, while squats are still light & easy.
